mortgage broker still hasnt rung me, i feel i might not have got mortgage,,?

he did say too me you would get it 100% and that he would get an answer today. Ive been waiting for his answer i feel so stressed out. I called him once already shall i call again?

    Yes you could try again, but he may operate within a 9-5pm time period.

    Good luck, don’t stress to much, im sure everything is fine, he may have alot on at the moment and it slipped his mind.

    If it didn’t work out, there are 1000 different mortgage lenders out there…. Find the right mortgage for you, don’t just take the 1st one offered, it may give you time to look around at a few other companies. If it hasn’t worked out, ask why!       yes. sounds like there is a problem. if you are not happy with your broker find another one. there is a lot of competition in this field

        I am a mortgage consultant and have seen that sometimes if your loan has not been approved they will duck your calls for awhile until you give up. But he maybe working really hard on the loan and is away from his desk. If you already called and left a message. Do not call him again until later tonight if he has not called you by then. You do not want to look like you need him as bad as you might. I would also try another place or two just to make sure that you are getting the best deal that you qualify for. No one should have to pay ten’s of thousands of dollars for a mortgage. Is there any reason that you would be denied of the loan??? Good luck any other question feel free to contact me..

          I understand your stress. It’s terrible having to wait for a reply after all it’s the unknown that is scary. If it’s been awhile since you called, call again and ask about how much longer it’ll be. It never does any harm in asking. Remember he’s working for you. Good luck

              This is unfortunately the way the majority of Loan officers conduct their business. This business is filled with inept loan officers with 1 thing in mind…a paycheck. They will steer you into products that make them higher commissions with no regard for your situation.

              This guy is shopping around trying to find a loan that will work for you. He does not have a lender approval and based on your comments, he has no idea where it will come from. This is exactly how over 90% of loan officers work. They will tell you “no problem” and then commence shopping. You are being led down a path of disappointment.

              Lenders have the ability to help you qualify for better loans but it takes work and earns them nothing extra…so most won’t do it.
