Go through an agency – you start the networking. If you self study and do your own job aps, what do you have to show for it? You and only you. If you go through an agency, you have PROOF that you are good as you say.

In this industry (and with most industries), you HAVE to prove yourself.

I would do it through an agency but if you have a bad credit rating don’t even bother as you need a good credit rating .

Mortgage broker training is very useful if you want to become a mortgage broker.

With the mortgage crisis, making 20k per month may be a reality.

        good luck.

I trained by taking a role as an administrator at a company. Yes it meant lower pay but gave me the chance to work with experienced people and deal with the products I was learning about. If you don’t have this option then I would go through the agency route as it should be you some support should you need it as well as prospects with their clients at the end.
